Global IT Help Desk Support * Shanghai
The position requires country based onsite support for our customers, handling, solving IT technical queries, and escalation of unresolved problems to our head office for backend support when required. Successful candidates must have experience in Desktop user support of In House IT systems. In addition strong business communication skills between our customers and our backup support team is essential.
Handling customer IT requests from our Chinese customers.
Reporting and escalation of problems to Head office
*English-Japanese bilingual language ability
*Good interpersonal skills
*Good communications skills
*Strong problem solving and risk assessment skills
*2-3 years experience in IT Help Desk Support.
