Personal Information Protection Policy

ISF NET Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ISF NET, we, us, our) considers it our social responsibility to appropriately protect all personal information obtained in the course of our business operations, including in the provision of services and in communication with our clients and service partners. In this regard, we will ensure all parties comply with the relevant laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal information including the Personal Information Protection Act and JISQ15001: Personal Information Protection Management System Requirements, as well as government guidelines. To this end, ISF NET will implement and promote the following measures:

ISF NET will ensure that all our employees, including general employees, part-time staff, and temporary workers, as well as other related parties, are fully aware of and comply with our compliance program. In addition, we are committed to regularly reviewing and implementing improvements to the contents of this program.
ISF NET will enforce appropriate information security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, or unlawful distribution of personal information, and will implement preventive and corrective measures as necessary.
Within the scope of our business operations , we will only obtain personal information through legal and fair means, and will not obtain personal information through methods that contravene associated laws and regulations. In addition, prior to collection, we will obtain the consent of all persons whose personal information will be collected and retained by ISF NET, informing them of all necessary information on our website, including the purpose of use, and the period of retention.
We will not use or provide personal information to a third party for any purposes other than those specified in our Privacy Policy. We will clearly state how the personal information will be used at the time of collection and confirm compliance with such usage restrictions through audits. ISF NET will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the loss or unlawful distribution of personal information resulting from localized storage on personal devices and the transmition of personal information outside the company.
If a person requests confirmation, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of his/her own personal information that is held by ISF NET, we will respond to such requests to the extent reasonable and expected by the relevant laws and regulations. If we receive a complaint or request for consultation, we will establish a contact point to respond to requests for disclosure appropriately and in a timely manner.
In the event that ISF NET uses personal information jointly with a third party or entrusts personal information to a third party for the purpose of its business activities, the ISF NET will verify the third party’s policies and it procedures for handling personal information. Where necessary, ISF NET will conclude any contract terms with the third party to ensure compliance with this privacy policy and all relevant rules and regulations.

Definition of Personal Information
“Personal Information” refers to any information managed and stored by ISF NET that can be used to identify an individual, including information that can be used in conjunction with other information to identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, image or voice.
The Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Equal Opportunity/Demographic Personal Information
For the purpose of promoting career and career-change support and services for people from diverse backgrounds, we may ask users of these services to disclose specific sensitive personal information. Such information will be disclosed by individuals at their own discretion and will be collected and used only for the purposes stated here. However, without such information, we may not be able to provide the expected service level.
How ISF NET Uses Personal Information
1. ISF NET and our group companies will limit our use of personal information to the following:
  - Business communication between companies and our clients for the purpose of proposing, planning and implementing our services
  - To conduct sales activities in relation to our services
  - For the purpose of recruitment, education and training in contexts such as seminars, recruitment fares and trade exhibitions
  - To respond to inquiries and requests within the scope of our services
  - For research and assessment of our actions to promote diversity and other socially-focused activities.
2. Employee Information
  Within the scope of providing staff supply and IT support services to clients and business partners, we will use employee information in the following ways:
  - For in-house business operations such as employee recruitment, support and evaluation
  - As basic data for the implementation and assessment of our in-house operations
  - For the purpose of supporting employees and their families in circumstances where such support is appropriate such as in response to a natural disaster, accident, illness, or injury.
  - Business communication between ISF NET and our clients for the purpose of sales, staffing proposals, planning, staffing service implementation and other service related actions.
3. Employment Information
  Information relating to an individual’s employment will be used for the purpose of selecting, evaluating, recruitment, communicating, and working for applications for jobs (full-time employees, part-time employees, etc.) to us and our group companies.
4. Other Purposes
  ISF NET reserves the right to use personal information for purposes outside those listed here, as long as the individual whose information is used has been informed and has given their consent for its use.
The Sharing of Personal Information
1. We will only share the personal information we have received only to the extent necessary to achieve the above purposes of use. The following items of personal information may be shared:
  - Name
  - Gender
  - Age
  - Qualifications
2. The information above may be shared by:
  - ISF NET and ISF NET Group companies
  - ISF NET Benefit Incorporated Social Association
3. These entities may only share the information for the purposes described in Section 3 above.
4. Responsibility for compliance with this Privacy Policy and overseeing the sharing of personal information lies with:
  - ISF NET Inc.’s Information Security Committee Chairman
5. The Acquisition of Personal Information
  Personal information may be obtained through documentation, mail, telephone calls, our websites and other business-related communication.
The Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
1. In addition to the limitations of use described in Section 3, we will not provide any personal information that we have acquired to third parties without the consent of the individual except in the following cases:
  - When disclosure is required by law or government regulations
  - When we have obtained the consent of the person to whom the information pertains by clearly indicating or notifying the person in advance.
  - When notification has been given and all reasonable measures have been made to gain consent but no response has been forthcoming.
  - In the case that ISF NET is required to provide information, in accordance with laws and regulations, in relation to the officers and shareholders of our corporation or other organizations, and such information has been disclosed or made public by the individual, the corporation or other organization itself.
  - Disclosure may be made when the handling of personal information is outsourced in whole or in part but only within the scope necessary to achieve the specified in the Uses of Personal Information in Section 3.
  - When personal information is provided as the result of the succession of business due to merger or other circumstances, and such personal information is handled within the scope of Uses of Personal Information in Section 3 before the succession.
2. The use of personal information not obtained directly from an individual (e.g. personal information obtained and shared among group companies) shall be within the scope of the Uses of Personal Information in Section 3.
3. The Handling of Personal Information by Third Parties
  We may outsource the handling of personal information to contractors that meet our standards for the protection of personal information. In the event that all or part of the handling of personal information is entrusted to a subcontractor, such personal information will only be handled within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is used.
The Acquisition of Personal Information by Cookies
In order to enhance customer service via our website, the ISF NET uses cookies to acquire information about website users such as their browsing history on the site. Information collected in this way does not include any information that can be used to identify specific individuals.
