ISFnet Life is a consulting and training company which offers practical advice to companies wishing to increase diversity in their workforce and hands-on work training to people with a disability.  

Our goal is to give people with a disability the tools necessary to become independent members of society by offering trainees:

  • the opportunity to build a long-term career as IT engineers
  • a community base and support network
  • employment placement and support
  • business training & knowledge development
  • the opportunity for skills enhancement and career advancement  

​ After completing one of our training programs, trainees are offered employment at one of our group companies or job placement through Joy Consultancy a recruitment agency and subsidiary of ISFnet, which specializes in the recruitment of people with a disability.

Our goal is to reach a 30% employment ratio of people with disabilities overall.
